AquaCloud offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our VPN service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.

  4. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take up to 10-14 business days.

Subscription Renewals

Refunds are not available for subscription renewals. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the service until that date.

  • By contacting our support team via email or live chat.
