  • All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Return and Refunds Policy.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
  • You are responsible for maintaining current payment information. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Service Usage

Your subscription includes:

  • Access to our VPN network and servers as specified in your plan.
  • Support for the number of simultaneous device connections included in your plan.
  • Standard customer support during business hours, with 24/7 support available for premium plans.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or not.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
  • Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up-to-date.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share your account with others beyond the device limit of your plan.
  • Use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service.
  • Use automated systems to access the service without our prior written consent.

Privacy and Data

Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We maintain a strict no-logs policy regarding your browsing activities while using our VPN service.

Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AquaCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AquaCloud, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.
